Product ok, Costomer Service AWFULStrengths: Wireless Weakness: Mouse has problems, causing me to regularly resynch or reload software I have had to reload the software too many times for the system to work. The mouse is the faulty part of the system -- never had problems with the keyboard. Additinally, the Kensington site is not very helpful and customer service is not available outside of 7:30a to 4:30p to help. When your mouse doesn't work, you can't wait for the next day at work to solve your home PC problems!!

Great productStrengths: design, touch Weakness: N/A Overall, this is a very great product with very low price. The wireless set looks stylish. The touch of the keys is soft and comfort, much much better than my old dell keyboard. The multimedia keys are really convenient. However, one of the keys in my keyboard does not work very well. I have to push it very hard in order to get a response.

My first wireless comboStrengths: Ease of installation, Price Weakness: none This is my first wireless keyboard/mouse so I cant compare it to other models. It was easy to install and easy to use. The keys are a little small but you will get used to it. Also, I just use it on my desk so I cant comment on its range. For the price you cant complain much about anything.

50 / 50 PerformanceStrengths: Mouse works well and is comfortable. Weakness: Keyboard has its issues ... skips letters, requires significant pressure on each key. Overall, this combination works well. The mouse is nice and the keyboard works well enough that the combo is worth the purchase price. I would expect better from Kensington. But for the price paid, definitely worth it.

Kensington Combo Wireless PilotboardStrengths: Wireless, East to install and use, Good value Weakness: Not as accurate as a wired solution This wireless combo is a good deal with the available rebates. It works fairly well but I don't think it is as accurate as a wired combo. Overall, I think it is a good product at a good price.

Good product for the priceStrengths: Price, ease of installation, ease of use. Weakness: none so far, except for the size, which might not be a weakness for someone. This is a very good product at such a low price. The installation is direct through, as it should be. The size of this product, especially for the receiver, is a little bit bulky, while this might not be a problem for some user. Overall I like this product. Recommended for a budget buyer.

Decent productStrengths: Easy to install, easy to use. Weakness: Sometimes not very sensitive, perhaps because of weak wireless connection. Kensington provides a good product line, including this one. It is a good value at a low price. Stylish, and easy to use. But the connection sometimes is bad, especially when the way from the RF receiver is blocked. Totally, it is a good one and worth the money you spend.

Good wireless comboStrengths: Cheap price for wireless combo, Easy to install Weakness: Mouse is a little heavy to move. Because it is cheap enough for me, I purchased this combo to replace my old wired keyboard and mouse. The combo is easy to install and worked well with my computer. Because of the batteries in the mouse, the mouse is heavier than the wired one.

Nice wireless keyboard & mouse
Strengths: EASY TO USE
Weakness: STILL NOT SENSITIVE AND ACCURATE AS WIRED ONE
Currently I am using the wireless kit to write the review. The keyboard feels very soft and comfortable, and the mouse is also moving very easily. Good one. Strongly Recommended!
