Toshiba REGZA 37HL67 37" 720p LCD TV - 16:9 - HDTV 1080p

Great TV, Great Picture

Strengths: Easy to setup, Crystal clear vibrant picture. Easy to change aspect ratio, and works with standard definition well.

Weakness: None found yet

Great value, got for about 900 online. When we got the comcast high definition box and used the component cables, the HD channels picture wss awesome. The sound is also very good.

Good price / performance balance

Strengths: Configuration ability, inputs, outputs, filter system, "bang for the buck" and looks

Weakness: No PIP

I am extremely pleased with this purchase. The lighting / contrast settings are quick and effective by default. The 8ms response time is good, but not perfect when watching sports in HD. The multi-channel surf index compensates well for not having PIP. This function allows you to pull up a list of the recent stations you have stopped on with the push of one button... and you simply "arrow over"...

Perfect Tv

Strengths: Very easy set up and great hd pic

I was researching this tv for one month and i decided to go for it. Im glad I did because I love it! I dont know much about tv's but this was a great buy and catch. I got a HDMI cord for $3.95 and it works better then my brothers $106.00 HDMI cord. Picture is flawless. I also got a olevia 2 series 227 32inch and for 449.00 ay circuit city and that is a great tv also.

Weakness: No PIP SD on 1080i looks bad compared to 480i on old receiver as noted by other reviewer. Not sure why. Still SD looks good.

I was looking at Vizios and Samsung. Sony was out of budget. And I suddenly found a deal on circuit city. They were giving off 200$ off. And I jumped. Not even had seen the lcd but found great reviews everywhere. I knew this was a price mistake and could not pass off. And after I got the tv, it was a treat. Beutiful birght lcd. High Quality

Weakness: Manual is a little hard to understand.

This is an excellent 37 inch LCD TV. I have been looking at the Sony xbr2 40" in all the stores but decided it was a bit costly. Great LCD with a great price

Strengths: Excellent picture in HD in 1080i using Dish Network DVR. Awesome sound. Looks well built. Plenty of inputs including 3 HDMI. Nice lighed remote. Looks great on and off.

Weakness: SD programing not bad in 1080i. It seemed to be better in 480i which doesn't make any sense to me. My old Dish Network 501 DVR would only display in 480i. I may have to try and tweak my new receiver.

Poor HD quality

Strengths: Decent price

Weakness: Poor HD quality compared to a Sony

When you first look at the HD picture as a casual observer the picture looks pretty good. But, then you look closely you can see the grainy images. Not reliable

Strengths: Great Picture

Weakness: Failed in less then 1.5 years... Cost $300.00 for new power inverter.

The TV started good. When the picture went black after 15 months. Poor customer service from Toshiba coupled with lack of parts availablity. Makes for a extremely disatisfied customer. Buy someone elses TV for reliable performance. Not Toshiba.
