Absolutely terrible service. Ordered a blender on 5/11 and the next day told it was back-ordered 10-14 business days. Never once on the site did they mention the item was not in stock or back-ordered. You would think useful information - right? Sent an email on the 11th business day (5/25) to check status and was told it was still back-ordered and to wait a 'few' more days. On 16th business day (6/2) I conducted a live chat with a company rep (Darlene) and was told it was due into their center on 5/20. She told me she would contact me at the end of the day with an update. Of course, no one called or emailed an update. I patiently waited another 1/2 day (6/3) and then started another chat and lucky me I ended up with Darlene again.Here it is the exact exchange via chat:
